1. How much pounds did you lose?

I lost 30 lbs  during the 6 weeks program (250 to 220) and plan on continuing using the discipline I've acquired over the length of the program.

2. How much body fat % did you lose?

I lost a total of 7.9% body fat going from 26.2% to 18.3%. Using the American Council of Fitness Body Fat Percentage Chart, this took me from starting in the "obese" range down to the very bottom of the "Acceptable" range. The "Fit" range is 14% - 17% and my goal is to get comfortably into that range within the next few weeks by continuing to follow the core principles of the program.

3. How was your overall experience with the Skyline Way?

My overall experience was very positive. I have tried several different diets in the past where the main goal was restricting eating to specific types of food only, and typically I wouldn't last more than a month before falling back into my old eating habits. Going into this program, I thought there was no way I'd be able to  change my habits to be able to follow the prescribed schedule. It looked daunting for a person who was used to feeling famished every 4-5 hours and always thinking about what my next meal would be. I was eating bags of chips right before bed, eating an entire large pizza in one sitting multiple times a week, and just generally feeling powerless to change the way my mind and body were craving food. This program was definitely a challenge, but having a defined structure to stick to, and supplementing it with a few freely available tools to track meals and fasts I was able to change my habits in a way that seemed absurd to me before I started. I've been able to understand the capabilities and adaptability of my body by going through this program and establish healthier habits that I plan to maintain going forward.

4.  Would you recommend the Skyline Way to someone trying to lose weight and/or live a healthier lifestyle?

Based on the results I was personally able to achieve and the great results of others in the program, I would recommend this program to anyone who has struggled in the past to lose weight or establish better eating habits. It will be difficult at times and may sound daunting at first, but sticking to the plan makes it easier over time. The incredibly supportive team at Skyline will make the journey to better fitness both enjoyable and manageable.

Overall experience was great.  I found the schedule very easy to follow and very easy instructions.  There was plenty of food options to keep things 'interesting' and not fall into a rut.

4.  Would you recommend the Skyline Way to someone trying to lose weight and/or live a healthier lifestyle?

Absolutely and the proof is in the results.  Stick to the program and you will see a change!  The best part to me is that it provides a blueprint for how to go forward after the 6 weeks to continue to live healthy and keep an active lifestyle.

Weight lost 10.5 lbs

2. How much body fat % did you lose?

Body fat lost 1.5%

3. How was your overall experience with the Skyline Way?

Really good. Once I was in the "groove" of doing it, it was easy to follow and keep challenging myself as the intermittent fasting times became longer. One thing I would recommend would be a clear "what now" for the end of the 6 weeks. I developed some really good habits for sure but an outline of how to roll this forward would be great. I have found that I am naturally settling in to a 16/8 type of schedule, and of course everyone is different, but maybe some guidelines or examples on what achieving clean eating 90/10 looks like for folks that like the habits they have picked up and want to continue with.

4.  Would you recommend the Skyline Way to someone trying to lose weight and/or live a healthier lifestyle?

Definitely, I have always worked out in some fashion - CrossFit now coming up on a year this summer - and I didn't have terrible eating habits. However, losing even a couple of lbs seemed to be getting increasingly difficult so for this to have worked as well as it did was a happy surprise for me. I didn't set an initial goal but I do have one now to keep off what I lost as well as still work to improve my fat %.
